We make checkout simple and secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay with PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Customers can also apply for a "Terms Account".

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of receipt on most standard filters. Custom and Exact Filters are covered by our Filter Fit Guarantee but are not eligible for refund. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request an update.

Can I order custom-sized filters?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom and exact filters made to your specifications. Just select “Custom Size” products or contact our team for help creating the right fit.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Do you offer bulk or case quantities?

Yes. Most of our filters are sold by the case, making it easier to keep stock on hand and ensuring the best value per filter.

Do you accept orders from businesses and institutions?

Yes. We work directly with commercial facilities, schools, healthcare providers, and government institutions. For large or recurring orders, contact us for personalized support.

What types of filters do you offer?

We carry a full range of commercial and residential HVAC filters, including pleated filters, spun glass/basic filters, washable filters, extended surface filters, bag filters, HEPA filters, and custom or exact-size filters.

What is a MERV rating, and which one do I need?

MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) measures how effectively a filter captures particles. Lower MERV (1–4) allows maximum airflow and basic protection. Mid-range MERV (8–11) balances efficiency with system compatibility. Higher MERV (13+) captures finer particles for improved indoor air quality but should only be used if your system can handle the airflow resistance.

Do you sell washable or reusable filters?

Yes, we offer washable filters designed for long-term use. These can be rinsed, dried, and reused, helping reduce waste and long-term costs.

How do I know which size filter I need?

Most filters are labeled with a nominal size (such as 20x25x1). If not, measure the opening where the filter fits. We recommend measuring both length, width, and depth to the nearest 1/8”. When in doubt, contact our team for assistance.

Do you carry filters for both residential and commercial applications?

Yes. Whether you need filters for a home HVAC system, an office building, a school, or a hospital, HVAC Filter Solutions provides options for every application.

Do you offer high-efficiency filters like HEPA?

Yes. We carry specialty filters including HEPA, ULPA, and high-MERV products for facilities that require advanced air quality solutions.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no minimums and no hidden fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days. Lead times vary by product type and availability, but estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from the production facility closest to your location to reduce delivery times and minimize the risk of damage.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, but shipping fees apply. Please contact us for an accurate quote.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

In many cases, yes. Contact our support team before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada only. Canadian orders may have slightly longer lead times due to customs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress online until it arrives.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of receipt on most standard filters. Custom and Exact Filters are covered by our Filter Fit Guarantee but are not eligible for refunds.

How do I start a return?

Contact our support team at support@hvacfiltersolutions.com or call 866-469-8556 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your filters back.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

If the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping is covered. For other returns, customers may use their own carrier or request a prepaid label at our discounted rate, which will be deducted from the refund.

Can I exchange my filters?

Yes, most standard filters can be exchanged for a different size or MERV rating. Custom and Exact Filters are only eligible under our Filter Fit Guarantee.

Are there restocking fees?

Returns not pre-approved or involving two or more different products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
